Ruel Davis is a NCSF (National Council On Strength & Fitness) certified personal trainer with 5 years of acrobatic training, over 10 years of martial arts training in Kung-Fu, and over 15 years of dance training in almost all styles of dance, including tap, ballet, modern, jazz and hip-hop.
Always mindful of health and fitness, Ruel inspires individuals to exceed their fitness expectations and life goals through expert coaching, convenient scheduling, exceptional exercise programs, and morale building.
